Job Summary: 

The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our consulting services by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value sales opportunities with clients and business prospects. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of IT landscape and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles. This role involves staying up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple sales engagements simultaneously and will be a proactive, results-driven professional committed to achieving and exceeding revenue goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets. 
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities. 
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. 
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives. 
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. 
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and consulting teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service delivery. 
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the IT industry. Experience in selling security consulting services is preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.  
  • Skills: Knowledge of IT security concepts and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. 
  • Attributes: Results-oriented with a strong business acumen. Ability to understand complex technical issues and translate them into business value for clients. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
