Ltd. herein known as greentick, is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 TYPE II certified Business Management and Cybersecurity consulting organization, established in 2010 with the aim to render practical and feasible solutions for our clients’ businesses, technology and compliance regardless of the industry and geographic location with an unmatched performance history.

We take a quality-driven, proactive and personal approach while consulting on all assignments. Our main objective is to stimulate sustained growth of the companies who trust in our services. To meet our objective, we have a team of around 40+ employees who combine their technical knowledge with a strong professional experience, as well as cooperation agreements with national and international expertise in specific areas. We focus on satisfying our clients by providing outstanding consultancy service as per their requirements.

We, at greentick, maintain and follow the strict policy and procedures regarding the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Bribery Policy. Every employee of the greentick are aware of these policies and maintains it promptly. Along with it, we can also assure that the client data collected and reviewed by us remain confidential as we follow ISO 27001 Standard. We have been listed in the Standing List of Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA) for the purpose of conducting IS Audit & Cloud Audit. We are the only company from Nepal to be listed in the Directory of cyber security service providers by SWIFT, a global member-owned cooperative and the world’s leading provider of secure financial messaging services.

Information Security Policy
We are committed in securing the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Company’s Information and Information Assets to protect the intellectual property of its clients, vendors and employees along with its business processes by identifying the information security needs and expectation of interested parties and manage then through the systematic processes and continual improvements of risk assessments and risk treatment plans. We aim to achieve this through:

1) Establishment and continual improvement of an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS);
2) Periodical performance evaluation of information security risk assessment and implementation of controls to mitigate the identified risks;
3) Definition and communication of roles and responsibility for implementation of ISMS; and
ISMS awareness to our employees.

Anti-Bribery Policy
We take a zero- tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate, implementing, and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy
We are committed to complying fully with all applicable laws and regulations relating to combating money laundering and any activity which facilitates the funding of terrorist or other criminal enterprises. We are responsible for uncovering or reporting any activity that might constitute, indicate or raise suspicions of money laundering. To this end, we provide continuing education and training for all our staff members.

We have our own privacy policy which ensures safety and privacy of our client’s and visitor’s data. The policy defines process of collection handling, processing and recording of data. We take the responsibility to protect our clients, candidates and visitors’ data as we respect their privacy. You being our Client/ Candidate/ Visitor, we shall collect your data either on our request, or if you have some inquiry. However, we shall request the data only when we truly need it either to provide a service to you or to provide with you the available opportunity. Also, we shall collect the data by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.

We have implemented information security management system (ISO 27001 Standard) and we assure that all the security measures as per the standard are implemented to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.

We shall only retain collected information for as long as necessary for business and legal purposes and we shall dispose them off taking security measures as prescribed in our information security management system when they are of no longer use. We shall also respect your rights to request a copy of your data and correct your data to ensure they are accurate, complete and up-to-date.
