Position: Associate Business Development

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (On-site)

About the Role

To provide strategic and objective advisory services which assist organisations in improving productivity and overall performance. To identify the potential client for further growth of business. By developing new strategy tools and techniques in areas of specialist expertise. Provide services to clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. To design, develop and maintain sophisticated database structures and systems that effectively and efficiently support data collection. 

Responsibilities

  • To conduct market research and analysis to create marketing initiatives for promoting company’s products/service;  
  • To coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies;  
  • To assist & coordinate in appointments, meetings and calls between customers and management for business expansions and new opportunities;  
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities; 
  • To work with the project team in the collation of information and to ensure timelines are met support the delivery of projects, produce and manage documentation and co-ordinate the seniors; 
  • To manage a demanding and reactive workload in a responsive way to assist the seniors; 
  • To stay up to date on latest business practices, processes and policies; 
  • To prioritize initiatives based on business need and requirements; 
  • To gather critical information from meetings with various stake holders and producing useful report; 
  • To evaluate risk and predict potential problems that might happen; 
  • To identify and validate the key business requirement along with the future state business processes; 
  • To plan and monitor business requirement by translating and simplifying the same. 
  • To perform other duties related to the work by the seniors.

  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills (written and spoken) 
  • Ability to cope with pressure and challenges  
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively  
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills  

Academic & trades qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Management (MBA Preferable)

Work experience

  • Freshers/ Experienced
