Position: HR Officer

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (On-site)

About the Role

To optimize everyday processes such as recruitment, as well implement strategic HR policies and procedures, proactive support to management.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in recruitment efforts from assisting in interviews and hiring; 
  • Conduct new employee induction program to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives; 
  • Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the supervisor; 
  • Maintain personal records and associated human resource information systems; 
  • Provide information related to employees rules and regulations as instructed by the immediate supervisor; 
  • Ensure HR documentation is robust as required for audit and legal purposes; 
  • Assist in conducting performance evaluation; 
  • Assist in developing various policies and procedures for their implementation; 
  • Coordinate with staff for any kind of grievances; 
  • Maintain HRMS related issues and records; 
  • Support the effective operation of the payroll function; 
  • Coordinate and process insurance claims and ensure timely payment of monthly premiums; 
  • Coordinate and process all the SSF related activities including from registration, KYC update, claims, payments and termination; 
  • Carry out responsibilities regarding administrative tasks; 
  • Carry out other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor.

Academic & trades qualifications

  • MBA
